NatureLand Organics has worked closely with farmers in the community to adopt sustainable farming practices to grow, harvest, and process organic products that are in line with our high standards. We’re committed to helping farmers and communities by providing them with a long-term livelihood for them to rely on, as well as providing you with delicious and healthy products.
We are proud to work with our farmers who aren't just suppliers for us but also like a big family. Farmer Base and our backend team members are constantly in touch with them whether it's by phone, or even in person so that we can learn more about our farmers' needs and concerns related to their finances and business operations. Since Organic Farming is not as easy as conventional farming, we train them through various programs on how better to care for their crops and ensure greater yields. We do this because we want our farmers to be protected from anything harmful entering their food supply. Our Field staff transfers the know-how technology of Organic Farming, and its steps and further analyzes the fields, soil, and climate, and suggests to them the best crops, seeds, and inputs as per the ecological assessment. In the 3-year conversion process of converting a conventional farm to a certified organic, our assistance helps to ease this transition for them too as they become more knowledgeable on the subject of organic farming methods.
