  •     1 cup organic split moong dal , soaked for 4-6 hours
  •     1 green chilli, finely chopped
  •     1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  •     1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  •     Organic Salt to taste
  •     1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  •     1 tablespoon organic cow ghee for cooking



  •     Drain and rinse the soaked moong dal. Transfer it to a blender along with green chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, and salt.
  •     Blend until you get a smooth batter, adding a little water if needed.
  •     Stir in chopped cilantro.
  •     Heat a non-stick pan (tava) over medium heat and lightly grease it with organic cow ghee.
  •     Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
  •     Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
  •     Repeat with the remaining batter.
  •     Serve hot with a side of low-fat yogurt or mint chutney.
