How To Use

Wheat Flakes Chivda- In a Kadai heat oil, add mustard seeds and wheat flakes.Saute them few seconds then add peanuts, salt and fried Grams. fry them all for 5 minutes and turn off the flame.Garnish it with coriander leaves and add few Drops of lemon in it. Enjoy this healthy snack with Tea.

Wheat Flakes Upma- In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, green chili,and chopped 1 small potato, onion, and capsicum. when they get soften add 1 cup of Wheat flakes and 2 cup of water. Saute them for few minutes and when the Upma is ready add few drops of lemon and garnish it with Coriander leaves.

Wheat Flakes Bhel-Chop Tomato, Cucumber,and Onion in a bowl. Add salt,peanuts, lemon, wheat flakes, Spices like Aamchur, Garam Masala, Red chilli powder, roasted cumin, and coriander leaves then mix them all together. Serve as a snack with Tea or Coffee.
