How To Use

Rice Poha- Fry Chana Dal, Urad Dal, peanuts, and mustard seeds till they crisp. Cook veggies, add masalas and soaked poha to it. Cook on low flame and sprinkle lemon juice to it.

Rice Poha Kheer- Boil Poha in milk till it is thickened. Add sugar and dry fruits to it and let it shimmer for few minutes. When the kheer is ready, garnish it with crushed Almonds and Raisins.

Rice Poha Chivda- Roast the poha till crispy. Make tadka using curry leaves, mustard seeds, peanuts, hing, turmeric powder, and green chillies in hot oil. Mix a pinch of salt, sugar and lemon juice. Mix it all.
