How To Use

BREAKFAST CORN DALIYA - Wash and boil Daliya in a pressure cooker. Boil all chopped vegetables and peas. Again pressure cook oil and curry patta. Saute onion for 2 minutes. Add vegetables into it. Now add chilli powders and salt. Add boiled daliya and pressure cook it. After two whistles, your dish will be ready.

CORN DALIYA KHICHDI- Pour ghee and ginger paste into a pressure cooker. Add chopped vegetables. Dry fry for 5 minutes. Add Corn daliya and stir well for five minutes. Add Masala and let it simmer for two minutes. Serve Hot.

CORN DALIYA CHEELA- Grind soaked daliya in a blender with ginger and green chillies. Add chopped Onions, grated carrot and coriander.Heat oil in a non sticky frying pan. Add one ladle full of batter and let it cook for some minutes. Flip and cook the other side. Serve Hot
