Reasons to avoid these Unhealthy Food

In Today’s lifestyle, we have neglected our health at most due to our hectic schedule, and bustling life. This food has become a part of our daily life, which harms our health a lot causing diseases like Obesity, cancer, Diabetes, and skin issues. Unhealthy food is being consumed by all ages from toddlers to old people. There are some foods which are eaten daily even twice a day without knowing that are hazardous to our health such as sugar, processed food, junk food, breakfast cereal, and fried food. Organic product manufactures in India  advices people to switch all these unhealthy foods with healthy one.

  1. Fried ,grilled and broiled foods– the unhealthiest food we eat daily are fried, grilled and broiled foods such as packet chips, French fries, also baked and grilled in high temperature which is hazardous to health. Broiled foods like chicken and turkey which is cooked in high-temperature which has numerous unhealthy chemicals which disturbs our Gut health and blood cells. It causes issues like indigestion, heart problems and also cholesterol. To avoid all these foods we must switch them with healthy foods like baking them instead of frying or using hot-air fryer.
  2. Sugar and sugary drinks– we eat sugar from childhood in milk, chocolates, sweets and many other junk foods. Sugar is the most harmful drug which is consumed by everyone which caused problems like non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, 2 types of diabetes, obesity. People also drink sugary drinks like coke, tea, coffee which also harms our body, teeth and digestion. We can replace sugar with honey or jaggery in your tea, coffee and foods.
  3. Gluten–free junk food- we sometimes to avoid gluten embrace processed junk foods which are heightened with salt and high-sugar. To avoid gluten they add refined grains like corn starch, which are low in nutrients and triggers brisk hikes in blood sugar. Switch gluten free junk food with natural gluten free food like Ragi, oats and almonds also fruits, vegetables and legumes are gluten free also Organic because they are free from preservatives and are pious.   4. Breakfast Cereals– due to our busy schedule we eat packed foods which are processed and made in 10 minutes like packet oats, wheat, corn which are unhealthy to our body. They come in roasted, pulped, rolled in sugar and salt and are daintier. We can switch these processed cereals with healthy and Organic Poha, oats, dalia to be healthy and fit.

 

It is tough to avoid unhealthy foods as they have become a part of our life but, it is not impossible as we can switch these foods with healthy ones like munching packet-free popcorn, baked chickpeas, natural drink like sugarcane juice or coconut water, puffed rice with peanuts and many more.
